Who does this: Your Admin | How long: Under 2 hours

1.1 — Organisation Setup

Your Admin creates your organisation on GetKredit, configures master data (cities, roles, lookup values), and onboards your users — Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Broker teams — with their respective access levels. Each user logs in via OTP.

1.3 — Set Targets & Assign Team

Who does this: Sales Executives & Sales Managers

2.1 — Add a Lead

Any authorised user adds a lead with full customer details — name, contact, DOB, city, source (broker, website, advertisement, etc.), and lead category (Hot / Warm / Cold). The lead is assigned to a Sales Executive immediately.

2.2 — Progress the Lead

Each lead moves through a defined lifecycle with mandatory remarks at every stage. The full activity timeline is visible to the Sales Manager and Admin.

2.3 — Add Co-Owners

Sales Executives add co-owners with KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence, or Passport), employment proof, and income proof — directly within the lead record.

2.4 — Approval

Booking requests, unit changes, cancellations, and lead transfers go through GetKredit's structured approval flow. Your Admin reviews, adds a mandatory remark, and approves or rejects. The Sales Executive is notified immediately.
